From concept to completion, our engineering department plays a key role in projects form quoting stage/ drawing stage to preparing BOQ (bill of quantity) for our purchasing department.

Our shop detailing department utilizes the latest 2D and 3D CAD software to prepare the drawings, general arrangements, erection drawings etc. as per the requests and requirements of our customer.

Whether it’s a client design for equipment requiring shop drawings, an installation job or a project where Corex Steel Fabrication Industries LLC’s engineering department assists the client in taking a concept through all stages from the beginning to completion.

 Fabrication Shop

Fabrication process involves the use of state of art cutting, bending, rolling, forming, and welding equipments.

Fabrication of all kinds of structural steel works including oil field skids, tanks, mud pump structure, mezzanines, ss display stands , mall KIOSKs, Mobile workshop, oil field container refurbishment, sea giants, exhibition stands, custom made chandeliers , oil field pipeline works, sky light structure, curtain wall structure, domes, space frames etc. The materials used shall be mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

Machine Shop

Machine shop is fully equipped with all types of light and heavy machineries readily available for any type of manufacturing operations such as Turning, Milling, Boring, Drilling, Slotting and Grinding.

All the machines are operated by skilled and well experienced operators under the supervision of highly qualified engineers and foremen.

Quality is considered as the first priority in all the operations and is controlled by qualified and certified engineers and inspectors at all stages of manufacturing.
